Tusk Consulting provide services to a diverse and varied set of clients. Our success is built on providing tailored support to meet the individual needs of each client.
Our team is made up of employees and associates from differing backgrounds and experience.
Peter Rimmer
Peter is a senior Change and OD professional with a strong emphasis on organisational design and change management. Peter has worked with multiple clients, mainly in the public and not for profit sectors, facing different challenges.
Working with national organisations and local bodies, Peter brings together a blend of strategic thinking and practical hands-on support. Peter has designed and delivered change at a whole system level for a number of organisations, building an approach based on co-design, building consensus and momentum within the organisations he supports.
Away from work Peter enjoys travelling, collecting records, and catching up with friends and family.
JEFF GRAHAM
Jeff has over 25 years of experience gained within the retail industry, including Customer Service and HR Support. He has worked in a Coaching capacity over the last 10 years, and is a Retail Consultant in a part time capacity.
Jeff brings his experience as well as fresh perspective on Client Collaboration and People-which is at the core of what Tusk Consulting does.
Away from work Jeff is interested in his local community and is currently chair of his local allotment committee. Jeff enjoys spending time with his family and friends and listening to music from all genres.
Geri McKenna
Geri is an experienced consultant, facilitator and change management specialist who has worked with business leaders at all levels to collaboratively co design solutions that help both the companies and the employees within those companies.
An experienced group facilitator and executive coach with over 500 hours of executive 1-1 and team coaching and experience of developing strategic projects within challenging change environments such as the Health sector, Public and Not for Profit environments.
Away from work Geri enjoys travelling and experiencing different cultures.
Shaaron Rimmer
Shaaron is the main contact for Operational issues with Tusk Consulting with experience across Finance, Payroll, HR, IT and General Management. In recent years Shaaron has taken the lead in Operations and supporting SME’s develop and grow.
Her varied experience has covered both public and private sectors managing a number teams, of various sizes along the way. Shaaron also supports on client work.
Away from work Shaaron enjoys crime novels, films and running.
Paul Stratton
A senior programme and project specialist with experience of the public sector, service delivery and change management. With a strong track record in cross-sector partnership working within the Education and Leisure sectors. Paul is a natural problem solver and organiser who loves the challenge of improving business activities and change programmes.
Paul’s specialisms include Project and Programme Management, Business Analysis, Change Management and contracts management.
Away from work Paul enjoys gardening, travelling and sport. In particular he is an extremely proficient table tennis player!
